FluentSRS ("we", "us") builds a language-learning app. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is a starting template — review it with a professional before launch and adjust to your actual data practices.

What we collect

Account data. When you sign in, we store an account identifier and email via Firebase Authentication so your words sync across devices.

Learning data. The words you add, their review history and your settings are stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to power spaced repetition.

Diagnostics. We use Firebase Crashlytics to record crash reports so we can fix bugs. These contain device and error information, not the content of your words.

Microphone

Voice review uses your device's speech recognition to check spoken answers. Audio is processed to produce a transcript for grading and is not stored by us.

What we don't do

We don't show ads, and we don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app, or by emailing support@fluentsrs.com.
